CL400 Series
The CL400 series printers have 4" (104 mm) print width and are available in two versions: 8 or 12 dots/mm resolution.
They are able to print text with tiny and very large characters, any type of bar-code (even two-dimensional), progressive or regressive numbering (even in bar-codes), graphics and boxes, and production or sell-by dates.
Industrial mechanics makes them suitable for medium/high production requiring consistent quality over time with minimum maintenance.
CL600 Series
The CL600 series printers are able to print large-size labels up to 180 mm wide and 356 mm long.
These are especially suitable for the printing of standard EAN128 and ODETTE labels.
Furthermore, the high resolution of the printing heads (8 or 12 dots/mm) allows the 600 series printers to print labels with the very "full text" or extremely detailed graphics which are common in labels for chemical or food products.
The industrial construction with a double paper threading assembly makes them suitable even in "difficult" industrial environments or under extremely hard work conditions.
8400 PRO
This printer prints labels up to 104 mm in width with 8, 12 or 24 dots/mm definition.
Its 250 mm/sec. print speed, regardless of label contents, allows it to support extremely heavy work loads, and is suitable for use where speed and reliability are of primary importance.
The mechanics and electronics are made for high performance and even the accessories were specially redesigned for this model, such as for example the rotary blade cutter and the external high-speed rewinder.
Software
The SATO software packages Label Gallery (in the Easy, Plus and True Pro versions) represent the utmost in professional management of label printers.
Total Windows compatibility is ensured by MICROSOFT® certification and TRUE TYPE character use functions, and "cut and paste" from other applications are quick and easy.
In addition to the normal WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editing functions, the SATO software packages add a series of extremely advanced "professional" functions. Here are some examples:
Management of database (also pre-existing) with direct access to the label fields (including bar codes and graphics)
